Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development using Python, including hands-on AI experience with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Hands-on experience using agentic AI in day-to-day development to build, integrate, and optimize workflows with sub-agents, skills, MCP's, tool calling, etc.
• Strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, etc.
• Proven Track record of at least 1 year of experience in cloud-native development in AWS /GCP or similar and containerization using Docker.
• Strong background in software engineering best practices like CI/CD, Git workflows, testing strategies, and production-grade code quality.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and data management with both SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• A strong sense of ownership and product thinking, proactively seeking ways to create value and drive impact.
• Excellent problem-solving and system design skills, with a methodical and scalable approach to complex AI challenges.
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and influence cross-team decisions.
