Descripción del puesto

Brindará apoyo en la coordinación y ejecución de actividades e iniciativas orientadas a fortalecer el compromiso, la integración y la experiencia de los colaboradores. Asimismo, dará soporte en tareas administrativas, logísticas y de seguimiento del área de Engagement.

Responsabilidades

  • Brindar apoyo en la coordinación y logística de actividades, eventos e iniciativas de Engagement que contribuyan a fortalecer el clima laboral y la experiencia de los colaboradores.
  • Apoyar la ejecución de iniciativas y actividades del área.
  • Apoyar en la entrega de regalos, premios y souvenirs, asegurando el registro y control correspondiente.
  • Mantener organizado y actualizado el inventario del almacén de Engagement, incluyendo regalos, premios, souvenirs y materiales utilizados en las diferentes actividades.
  • Apoyar en la realización y seguimiento de entrevistas de salida.
  • Dar seguimiento a solicitudes del área de Engagement y apoyar en la recepción de materiales y entregables de proveedores.
  • Brindar soporte en la revisión y actualización del calendario de actividades, en coordinación con el Analista Senior.
  • Realizar funciones complementarias alineadas con los objetivos, valores, normas, ética y cultura de riesgo de la organización.

Educación / Experiencia

  • Estudiante de Psicología Industrial, Administración de Empresas y/o carreras afines.
  • Tener carta de la universidad solicitando la pasantia.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office.
  • Habilidades de organización, comunicación, seguimiento y trabajo en equipo.
