Carreras: Carreras administrativas, RRHH, contables, industrial.
Tareas:
- Procesamiento de traslados e inclusiones de beneficiarios a EPS
- Recepción, validación y registro (digitación) de novedades: incapacidades, licencias, permisos y vacaciones.
- Reporte de incapacidades a nómina, para recobro ante EPS´s.
- Gestión de archivo. Confirmación referencias laborales.
- Elaboración certificados laborales. Recepción y registro de novedades de afiliación y retiro de convenios. Recepción y reporte de desvinculaciones de colaboradores.
- Asistencia administrativa para líderes directos. Manejo de la plataforma de Autogestión (SAP)
Habilidades, experiencias y competencias funcionales: Atención al Cliente, Archivo, Digitación, Excel (básico), Redacción y Ortografía
