Descripción del puesto

El Pasante de Compras brindará apoyo en las actividades administrativas del área, colaborando en la organización, documentación y seguimiento de los procesos de compras.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Apoyar en la organización y actualización de la documentación del área.
  • Dar soporte en el seguimiento de solicitudes y órdenes de compra.
  • Colaborar en la recopilación y organización de cotizaciones y documentación de proveedores.
  • Mantener actualizados los registros y archivos relacionados con los procesos de compras.
  • Brindar apoyo administrativo al equipo de Compras según las necesidades del área.
  • Manejar la información y documentación de manera organizada y confidencial.

Experiencia/Educación

  • Estudiante universitario de Administración, Contabilidad, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • Presentar una carta de pasantía emitida por la universidad.
  • Proactividad, iniciativa y capacidad para apoyar en la resolución de situaciones de manera efectiva.
  • Atención al detalle y orientación a las personas y a resultados.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Zona Franca Las Américas.
