MMIS Developer - Supply Chain

Scripps Health is hiring an MMIS Developer - Supply Chain to lead the design and development of departmental software and systems and translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role also supports troubleshooting, software and system upgrades, databases, reporting, and critical analytics and databases.

Responsibilities

• Under general direction, The MMIS Developer leads the design and development of department software and systems
• Translates business requirements into technical solutions
• Participates in troubleshooting as well as upgrades and updates department software and systems as needed
• May maintain databases and create reports
• This individual will be responsible for maintaining support and development of critical analytics and databases

Skills

• Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Business acumen in functional area and job responsibilities
• Experienced in software design and leading development projects
• Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and SQL Server database administration
• Experience with Power BI dashboards, Python strips, and snowflake
• Experience with Lawson
• Knowledge of Epic
• Strong experience and background with supply chain analytics and data
