The Role
SCYTALYS is currently looking for passionate Project Manager who will support the successful delivery of projects throughout the full lifecycle. Working under the guidance of program managers, the role contributes to planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting activities for software and hardware integrated systems, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of projects across all lifecycle phases
- Manage small-scale projects independently and contribute to larger project implementations
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and overall progress
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation actions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong client relationships
- Contribute to bid and proposal activities, including pricing, Statements of Work (SoW), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Promote compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and project governance processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Requirements
- Experience with various approaches (Agile, Lean and Traditional) to managing the development and delivery of Software and Hardware integrated systems.
- Ability to lead a project team and maximize engagement.
- Goal oriented.
- Good presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project.
- Excellent English language reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Ability to travel abroad.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certifications
- Experience in Defence, Security, or mission-critical technology environments
- Exposure to bid management, contract delivery, and customer-facing projects
