Payroll Specialist - Austrian Payroll

As we continue to grow, we are looking for Payroll Specialist to join our teams.
What can you expect in this role?
You independently manage the full payroll process from A to Z for our clients and enjoy the variety that comes with working under different collective agreements.
As the first point of contact for labour law, social security, and tax-related questions, you solve complex issues and communicate with authorities, health insurance providers, and tax offices.
Payroll administration, as well as preparing reports and statistics, will be a key part of your responsibilities.
In this exciting role, you will participate in client projects and support smooth payroll transition and implementation processes.
As an experienced Payroll Specialist, you enjoy sharing your knowledge with junior colleagues and supporting them during their onboarding and training period.

Previous experience in Austrian payroll administration and can demonstrate expertise combined with a structured way of working.
A completed payroll qualification/certification and solid MS Office skills.
A strong service-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, flexibility, and team spirit.
Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
