About the role:
A key role within our payroll operations team, responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll solutions while working in an international environment that supports continuous learning and career growth.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Overseeing the full payroll process for Norwegian clients, ensuring detailed and accurate execution.
- Participating in team efforts to streamline processes and enhance service quality through innovative technological solutions.
- Providing expert support and handling complex payroll queries with dedication and precision.
What do you have to offer?
- You bring a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in managing the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to tax reporting, preparing bank files, calculating vacation pay, and beyond.
- You thrive in dynamic settings, are proactive, and have a growth mindset, with a keen interest in making impactful contributions to a vibrant organization.
- You are proficient (C2) in Finnish and have a strong command of English (B2), coupled with a solid grasp of Finnish employment laws and payroll regulations.
- Experience using SD Worx W Web and SD Worx W Client (formerly Aditro) is considered a significant advantage.
- You bring a positive team spirit, a healthy sense of humor, and perseverance to the team.
