WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING1. Technology Vision and Strategic AlignmentDefine and continuously evolve the company's long-term technology vision.
Ensure the technology roadmap aligns with the company’s overall strategic and product objectives.
Drive architectural direction in collaboration with the Chief Architect, making critical buy-vs-build and infrastructure decisions.
Anticipate technological trends and position the company to capitalize on emerging innovations (e.g., AI, automation, platform modernization).
2. Engineering Delivery & Execution OversightOwn the successful delivery of all product and platform initiatives across multiple SeVP Technology (IAM, Telco, Public SeVP Technology).
Set and monitor execution standards, including velocity, quality, and team accountability.
Oversee engineering budget, resource planning, and delivery forecasting.
Champion a metrics-driven delivery culture focused on outcomes and continuous improvement.
3. Cross-Functional & Executive LeadershipWork closely with the Product, Sales, Business, and Customer Success teams to align technology with customer needs and business value.
Represent the technology function at the executive level, board meetings, and with external stakeholders (e.g., partners, investors).
Drive strategic initiatives that foster joint execution across business and technology domains.
4. Team Building & LeadershipLead and develop a world-class technology organization by hiring, mentoring, and retaining top talent.
Define and evolve the engineering organizational structure, career paths, and capacity planning.
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, inclusion, and operational excellence.
Drive leadership succession planning and ensure timely hiring of key roles.
5. Governance, Security, and ComplianceOwn risk management, data governance, and cybersecurity strategies from a technology lens.
Ensure systems, platforms, and processes meet relevant compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR).
Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance leaders while driving technical implementation and enforcement.
WHAT YOU’LL BE NEEDINGProven experience (10+ years) in senior technology leadership roles, including VP Technology or VP Engineering roles.
Deep technical background with hands-on understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, platform scalability, and data security.
Track record of driving large-scale engineering execution and transformation initiatives.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with business, product, and customer-facing functions.
Experience managing distributed teams and complex technology ecosystems.
Preferred:
Experience in Identity & Access Management, Telco solutions, or Public SeVP Technology.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
MBA, MSc in Computer Science, or related technical/management disciplines
