Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Growth & Sales Automation, Product, Compliance, and other SEB units to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven communication solutions
• Work with large datasets by combining, cleaning, and filtering data to create precise and accurate customer samples for targeted communication (both mandatory and marketing)
• Design and implement automated, cross-channel communication solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Drive customer communication efforts in line with a customer-centric approach
• Continuously improve communication relevance and effectiveness through data-driven decision-making
• Contribute to new initiatives and improvements in direct marketing and customer engagement.

Who we are looking for:

• A sharp analytical thinker with the ability to work confidently with large datasets
• SQL fundamentals are essential (segmentation logic, joins, filtering)
• A customer-focused team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• A proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• An excellent communicator with the ability to convey ideas clearly
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus and will set you apart
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus
• Fluent Latvian (written and spoken) and working-level English (for documentation/collaboration within Baltic teams)
