We are Business Reporting Solutions team in Finance, Risk and Data tribe at SEB responsible for solutions, which transform raw data from data warehouse into meaningful information, so business can get insights and make data driven decisions.

We are looking for an experienced IT professional who combines data engineering and BI development capabilities and can take ownership of a solution throughout its lifecycle. This is a hands-on IT development role, not a pure reporting, business analysis, or data-visualisation position. You will work across the full BI delivery chain, from data loading and datamarts creation to production-ready BI solutions

As BI analyst you will:

• develop and maintain data loading procedures and SQL-based datamarts for reporting solutions;
• transform the data into BI dashboards, visualizations and reports - creating BI solutions;
• translate analytical and technical specifications into working BI solutions;
• write clean, maintainable and testable code;
• work through the complete IT delivery lifecycle: estimation, design, development, documentation, testing, deployment, release and post-release verification;
• documenting the BI solutions and data logic;
• support business and product development teams and business analysts in your team with technical subject matter needed for creating best BI solutions.

• Sybase IQ, PostgreSQL
• TIBCO WebFOCUS BI platform
• Airflow
• GIT / Bitbucket
• Collibra
• JIRA

You will be the right fit if you have:

• hands-on professional experience in an IT development environment, with a clear understanding of how software and data solutions move from requirements to production;
• Solid experience with SQL for reporting purposes;
• experience developing BI reports and dashboards (i.e. using Tableau, QlikSense, WebFOCUS, Looker or other similar tools);
• strong knowledge of relational databases, database design, and data warehousing concepts;
• ability to work with structured requirements and technical specifications;
• good communication skills;
• analytical mindset and strong attention to detail;
• experience with agile development practices and methodologies (i.e. Scrum).
• Experience in banking sector would be an advantage.
