This part-time role offers broad team exposure, selected corporate client support responsibilities, and the opportunity to assist an established internal robotics team and Client Coverage management with practical business, analytical, and digital initiatives.

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and ambitious team member who wants to grow where finance, technology, and business transformation come together. You will provide selected support to corporate client teams, assist the Client Coverage Robotics Hub, and contribute to management and strategic initiatives involving AI, automation, analytics, and business development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support corporate client teams with selected administrative, coordination, documentation, and reporting tasks.

• Assist in preparing client materials, presentations, analyses, business cases, and management reports.

• Coordinate information gathering, follow-ups, and progress updates for client-related and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with product specialists, risk teams, operations, robotics experts, AI specialists, and other internal stakeholders.

• Support AI, automation, and robotics initiatives by analysing processes, documenting business requirements, testing solutions, and helping scale digital tools.

• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve internal processes, client service quality, business development, and new ways of working.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• A university degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of financial and business concepts, with a strong interest in corporate banking.

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and confidence working with numbers.

• Curiosity about artificial intelligence, automation, digital tools, and emerging technologies.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Copilot or AI agents is considered an advantage.

• Fluent and structured communication in Lithuanian and English.

• A proactive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn and collaborate.
