About the role:

We are looking for a Data Quality Specialistto strengthen data quality management across the Baltic organization. In this role, you will partner with Data Owners, Data Stewards and business and technology teams to define data quality requirements, establishcontrols, and ensure consistent implementation across processes and reporting.

In this role, you will become part of our Baltic Data Management team, where your expertisewill help turn data quality ambitions into practical improvements across the organization.

You will translate business and regulatory expectations into measurable requirements, KPIs and monitoring practices, while supporting teams in managing data quality risks, analyzing issuesand driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide stakeholdersindefining and maintainingdata quality requirements for critical data and reporting processes.

• Develop and maintainmethodologies, guidelinesand practical support for the design and improvement of dataquality controls.

• Provideexpert guidance onestablishingdata quality KPIs, thresholds and monitoring routines.

• Support continuousimprovementof data quality issue identification, registration,analysisand resolution processes.

• Advise and coach Data Owners, Data Stewardsand business stakeholderson effectivedata quality management practices.

• Facilitate collaboration across business, risk, financeand technology functions, promotingconsistentapproaches acrossthe organisation.

• Promote and continuouslyenhancedata quality practices, governanceand organisational awareness.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Experience in financial analysis, risk analysis, regulatory reportingor a related analytical area.

• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and the importance of high-quality data in financial services.

• Practical experience with data quality requirements, controls, KPIs, thresholds or monitoring is highly valued.

• Experience working with data quality, data governance or metadata management tools isconsidered an advantage (for example Valido, Collibra or similar platforms).

• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and control logic.

• Ability to work with subject matter experts and challenge constructively when defining thresholds, KPIs and improvement actions.

• Good communicationand stakeholder management skills, with ability to connect business and technology perspectives.

• Proactive, self-driven and comfortable working across teams in a complex environment.
