About the Role
In this role, you will support the execution of our Employer Branding digital marketing strategy by creating engaging content, managing day-to-day publishing, running paid campaigns, and analysing performance across our digital channels. You will be part of SEB’s Group Employer Branding team, which consists of 15 people across Sweden and the Baltic countries.
You will work closely with the Social and Digital Media Manager and the wider Employer Branding team.
This role is ideal for someone at thebeginning of their careerwho enjoys both creative production and data-driven optimization.
In this role, you will:
Plan, create, and edit video and still-image content for Meta and LinkedIn, adapting it to each platform.
Write copy for organic content and paid campaigns in line with SEB’s tone of voice.
Manage the content calendar, publish organic social media posts and support day-to-day community management.
Set up, monitor and optimise paid social media campaigns.
Ensure content reflects SEB’s brand while remaining relevant to each platform and audience.
Coordinate content and campaign assets, ensuring they are delivered on time and follow brand guidelines.
Monitor and analyse content and campaign performance across our digital channels.
Prepare campaign performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve future content and campaigns.
Stay up to date with platform trends and emerging formats and use these insights to keep our employer branding content relevant and engaging.
Who we are looking for
1-3 years of experience in social media content production, digital marketing or a related field.
Hands-on experience creating and editing video and image content for Meta and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and video-editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
Strong social mediacopywriting skills and the ability to adapt content for different channels and audiences.
Experience managing organic social media content.
Experience setting up, monitoring and optimising paid social media campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent brand identity across digital channels.
Ability to analyse performance data and translate results into actionable recommendations.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
A background in recruitment marketing or employer branding is a plus.
