Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing & Creative

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing & Creative who can take ownership of digital marketing while bringing strong creative and content skills. This is not just a social media management role. We’re looking for someone who understands digital marketing, campaign strategy, paid advertising, content, creative production, video, and AI-powered tools - and can turn business objectives into campaigns that deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Develop content and social media strategies.
• Create or coordinate graphics, reels, short-form videos, and campaign creatives.
• Monitor performance, analyse data, and optimize campaigns.
• Research competitors, trends, and audience behaviour.
• Use AI and emerging tools for content and creative production.
• Guide junior team members and take ownership of marketing projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in digital/performance marketing and paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media, content strategy, and audience targeting.
• Good knowledge of creative and visual content production.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative and marketing tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project ownership skills.
• Portfolio and proven campaign results are highly preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, CSE, EEE, ICT, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
