HR Manager

ZENORIN RECRUITMENT is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a tertiary healthcare organization in Dhaka for an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen the organization's human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee development, HR operations, performance management, and building an effective and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for clinical, administrative, and support functions.
• Develop and implement employee training, learning, and development initiatives.
• Manage HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and HR documentation.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and organizational practices.
• Advise management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR-related issues.
• Support manpower planning, organizational development, and workforce requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, organizational policies, and HR practices.
• Prepare HR reports and management information to support decision-making.
• * Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient flow and strengthen the hospital's market position.
• • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, specialist doctors, and medical professionals, including identifying and engaging reputed doctors to provide services at the hospital.
• • Develop corporate and B2B relationships with companies, institutions, insurers, and other relevant organizations.
• • Drive patient acquisition, referral development, patient support, and relationship-building initiatives.
• • Lead digital marketing and social media initiatives, including campaigns, content, online engagement, and performance monitoring.
• • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, patient segments, referral sources, and competitive developments.
• • Coordinate with hospital operations, clinical teams, and management to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• • Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports on leads, patient acquisition, campaigns, corporate business, and other key indicators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, business administration, management, or relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to healthcare/hospital or other service organizations.
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, training & development, and HR operations.
• Good understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with management and employees.
• Proactive, mature, people-oriented, and capable of handling confidential HR matters.

Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management (HRM)
• Bachelor of Honors (4 Years) in Human Resource Management (HRM)
