YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION
Our People team plays a critical role in enabling Eskimi’s global growth by attracting great talent, creating an engaging employee experience, and ensuring our People practices support both our people and business objectives.
Eskimi is looking for an ambitious and empathetic Regional People Partner (Talent Acquisition Lead) to join our team in Dhaka. This is a unique opportunity for a People professional who enjoys working across both global talent acquisition and local People operations.
You’ll spend approximately 50% of your time leading cross-border recruitment across international markets-proactively sourcing, headhunting, and managing full-cycle hiring for a diverse range of roles. The remaining scope will focus on local People management, employee relations, global mobility coordination, workplace operations, and ensuring our local practices are aligned with Eskimi’s global People frameworks.
As a key People representative in Bangladesh, you’ll work closely with global stakeholders, leaders, employees, candidates, and external partners. You’ll also supervise our local People Care Coordinator and actively contribute to regional leadership discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Global Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple international markets outside Bangladesh.
Proactively source, headhunt, engage, and assess candidates for diverse roles and functions.
Partner with hiring managers and global leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain strong international talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Deliver a positive, engaging, and candidate-centric recruitment experience throughout the hiring journey.
Represent Eskimi’s employer brand and values when engaging with candidates globally.
Leverage modern recruitment technology, AI sourcing tools, automation, and workflow solutions to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
Continuously identify new sourcing methods, tools, and approaches to strengthen our global talent acquisition capabilities.
People Operations, Employee Relations & Global Mobility
Act as the primary local People contact for employees and managers in Bangladesh.
Handle employee relations matters, grievances, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution with fairness, empathy, and professionalism.
Coordinate employee relocation and global mobility processes, including visas and work permits.
Act as the key liaison between candidates/employees, internal stakeholders, and external legal or immigration counsel.
Coordinate documentation, timelines, communication, and process requirements related to relocation and immigration.
Execute global People processes locally, including onboarding, performance review cycles, employee lifecycle activities, and offboarding.
Ensure local People practices are aligned with Eskimi’s global policies, frameworks, and standards.
Maintain accurate People documentation, reporting, and process governance.
Support employee engagement, well-being, recognition, and culture initiatives.
Workplace Oversight & Operational Leadership
Participate actively in leadership meetings and contribute to organizational and operational decision-making.
Supervise, guide, and support the local People Care Coordinator responsible for day-to-day workplace operations.
Ensure workplace policies, health and safety standards, and operational guidelines are followed.
Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively recommend improvements to workplace processes and employee experience.
Support smooth coordination of Eskimi’s hybrid working model and local office operations.
Take ownership of local People-related initiatives and continuously look for ways to make our workplace better.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in global or cross-border talent acquisition, with experience hiring candidates across multiple countries outside Bangladesh.
Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and headhunting through offer management and onboarding.
Previous experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and People operations.
Experience coordinating relocation, visa, or work permit processes and working with legal/immigration partners.
Experience working in a structured corporate or multinational environment with established HR frameworks and processes.
Experience supervising or coordinating local People/administrative team members.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with global leaders and teams.
A genuine interest in AI, automation, and modern HR technology, with the curiosity to continuously explore and adopt new tools.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with fluent written and spoken English.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different countries and time zones.
A proactive, empathetic, and approachable personality-you genuinely enjoy working with people.
Ownership mentality, initiative, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Based in Dhaka and willing to work 4 days in-office and 1 day remotely.
