About the role:

As a Junior Software Developer, you'll join a team responsible for building and maintaining accounts and statements services used by customers across the Baltic countries. You'll work with modern development practices and collaborate closely with experienced developers, business developers in an agile environment.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow while working with technologies such as Java, Red Hat OpenShift, Angular, Progress OpenEdge (4GL/ABL), Git, and Jira. You will contribute to systems that form part of the bank's critical infrastructure, giving you the chance to make a real impact from day one.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Around 1 year of software development experience
• Basic understanding of software development principles
• Interest in learning new technologies and working with complex systems
• Curiosity and a proactive mindset with willingness to take extra steps when needed
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them forward
• Open and honest communication style
• Fluency in English
