Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 7AJ

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Hours: 42 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off | 12-hour night shifts

As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will provide professional mobile security services across a range of client sites within a designated area. As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will carry out patrols, lock and unlock duties, alarm responses, and other security tasks as required. Working independently and using a company vehicle, the Mobile Patrol Officer will help protect people, property, and assets while delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

 Conduct mobile patrols, site inspections, lock/unlock duties, and alarm responses.

 Deliver professional and customer-focused security services at all times.

 Work independently across multiple client sites using a company vehicle.

 Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records.

 Follow assignment instructions, site procedures, and company policies.

 Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.

 Maintain clear communication with clients, colleagues, and management.

 Ensure compliance with health and safety, key management, and security procedures.

 Remain flexible to support operational requirements across different locations and shifts.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world-someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Valid SIA Licence.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work history.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Mobile security experience preferred, but not essential.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of managing a varied and demanding workload.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
• Willing to drive a company vehicle, collected from the office, to carry out duties.
• Able to adapt to the varying requirements of different customers and locations.
• Reliable, flexible, and professional in approach.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
