What you'll do...
- Plan and schedule all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits
- Manage field service engineers’ diaries and allocate work in line with business targets
- Make ownership of all return visits required following an engineer’s initial attendance
- Coordinate and schedule specialist equipment or subcontractors in accordance with company procedures
- Make informed decisions by assessing multiple factors such as priority, SLA, engineer skillset, and location
- Log, track, and support the resolution of customer complaints
- Carry out any additional administrative or coordination tasks assigned by the Manager
What you will need...
- Proven experience in a call centre and/or customer-facing role (internal or external).
- Confident using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
- Strong team player with an open and honest approach to your own workload and supporting others.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with Regional Service Managers and engineers.

- Experience in scheduling, call centre, or customer service roles
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills - confident with engineers, managers, and customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use multiple systems at once.
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
