Centralized Dispatcher- PropertyPRIMARY PURPOSE: The Centralized Dispatcher - Property assigns losses to adjusters based on location, adjuster experience, and loss details in a timely manner to help support Property Claims.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Claim Assignment & Dispatching
- Assigns property losses to appropriate adjusters within 2 hours of receipt, using tools such as Salesforce, CTABS, and Excel.
- Reviews adjuster qualifications and availability, including performance metrics and workload capacity, to ensure optimal assignments.
- Coordinates with 1099 adjusters when needed, confirming availability via phone and documenting assignments.
Client & System Coordination
- Ensures all systems (e.g., XA, Symbility, CTABS) are updated post-assignment.
- Sends client acknowledgments and notifies regional teams of assignments in their area.
- Verifies client-specific requirements are met before dispatching.
Escalation & Collaboration
- Coordinates with regional leadership when adjuster availability or experience is insufficient.
- Escalates unclear or complex losses to clients or leadership for clarification or reassignment.
- Communicates delays, issues, or escalations promptly to ensure timely claim handling.
Process Accuracy & Attention to Detail
- Maintains high accuracy in data entry and documentation across multiple platforms.
- Uses multiple data sources, including Business Excellence reports, to assess adjuster workload and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
Two (2) years of related experience in claims, dispatch, or insurance operations preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and internal claims systems (e.g., CTABS, XA, Symbility)
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
