This is a physical, hands-on role, and to succeed you’ll have:
- Good spoken and written English
- A full UK manual driving licence

- A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day

- Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime
- Planning and enjoying person-centred activities - walks, swimming, shopping and trips out

- Working closely with colleagues and professionals
