Join SeeChange as an Associate Technical Consultant, an entry-level role focused on delivering technical solutions for customers and partners. Based in Manchester, UK, you will support day-to-day delivery activities, contribute to system configuration, testing, data analysis, and technical documentation. Missions
- Support the delivery of technical solutions for customers and partners, ensuring implementations are of high quality.
- Assist with deployments, integrations, and upgrades across assigned customer environments, and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working, and contribute to high-quality technical documentation.
Profil recherché
- Enthusiasm for contributing to technical delivery work and developing implementation and problem-solving skills under guidance- Good organisational and prioritisation skills, able to manage own workload across multiple tasks
- Comfortable reading and beginning to troubleshoot code, logs, and system behaviour, with support from the delivery team
- Familiarity with Semaphore or similar automation/orchestration tools for executing deployment workflows
- Basic understanding of infrastructure automation and configuration management concepts
- Developing understanding of modern software systems, including:
- Some hands-on experience or a strong aptitude for software engineering, systems engineering, or technical delivery, gained through study or relevant work experience
- Some hands-on experience with Ansible playbooks and inventories
- Production environments, monitoring, and operational support
- APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Clear, confident communicator able to engage effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work collaboratively within a technical delivery team
- Cloud-hosted and SaaS platforms
- Educated to degree level in a Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Data, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage, especially French, German, and Spanish
- Some prior experience in a technical delivery, engineering, or consultancy environment, for example through a placement or graduate scheme
- Exposure to customer-facing delivery within a SaaS or technology company is an advantage
- Some exposure to working with delivery partners or third-party integrations
- A genuine interest in progressing toward more senior technical delivery or consulting roles
