Job Role

Join Seetec as a Systems Trainer and help colleagues get the most from our core case management system.

Reporting to the Head of Applications, you’ll take ownership of systems training and user guidance, helping new starters, existing colleagues and managers use our system confidently, correctly and consistently. From engaging live sessions to clear user guides and short videos, your work will help colleagues become productive sooner, reduce avoidable support queries and improve data quality. You’ll initially focus on our core case management system, with scope to support other systems in the future and work with developers on an in-app help centre.

You’ll be a patient, approachable trainer who puts users first and makes technical information easy to understand.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience delivering software or systems training to adult learners, both online and in person.

Experience creating user guides, FAQs or other end-user documentation, using clear, plain English for non-technical audiences.

Experience supporting users through system changes or new releases.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £40,000- £42,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy additional days)

  • 2 Volunteer Days

  • Pension - 5% Employee 5% Employer

  • Healthcare Cash Plan, incl. 3 x salary life assurance

  • Annual Salary Review

  • Refer A Friend Scheme

  • Free access to BenefitHub - an online portal with access to a wide range of retail discounts, cycle to work scheme and additional voluntary benefits

  • Use recurring support queries to identify learning needs and develop practical guidance or training.

Script, record and edit short instructional videos, explain new features and brief the support team before changes reach users.

  • Maintain clean, stable training environments and realistic training scenarios, ensuring no real participant or personal data is used.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience delivering software or systems training to adult learners, both online and in person.
