نبحث عن متدرب/ـة تدريب تعاوني في إدارة الموارد البشرية للانضمام إلى فريقنا، واكتساب خبرة عملية في بيئة عمل حقيقية والمشاركة في مختلف أعمال وعمليات الموارد البشرية.
المهام والتجربة العملية
- دعم عمليات التوظيف وفرز السير الذاتية والتنسيق للمقابلات.
- المساعدة في إجراءات انضمام الموظفين الجدد (Onboarding).
- تنظيم وتحديث ملفات وبيانات الموظفين.
- دعم أعمال الحضور والإجازات والمتابعة الإدارية.
- المساعدة في إعداد التقارير ومؤشرات الموارد البشرية.
- المشاركة في تطوير السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية.
- دعم أنشطة التواصل الداخلي وتجربة الموظف.
- المشاركة في المهام والمشاريع اليومية لقسم الموارد البشرية.
Requirements
المتطلبات
- طالب/ـة في تخصص الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- وجود متطلب تدريب تعاوني (COOP) من الجامعة أو الكلية.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنظيم.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office، خصوصاً Excel.
- الرغبة في التعلم وتحمل المسؤولية والعمل ضمن فريق.
- التفرغ خلال فترة التدريب.
