  • Core Technical & Behavioral Competencies
  • Mastery of Lean Manufacturing methodologies: Line Balancing, Yamazumi Charts, Time & Motion Studies, 5S,
  • Standard Work.
  • Proficiency in process workflow design and workstation ergonomic optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset, data-driven problem solving, and collaborative communication with shop-floor teams.
