Ищем Middle+/Senior Data Scientist. Команда специализируется на разработке моделей машинного обучения для сегмента физических лиц и предоставлении модельных сервисов для бизнес-подразделений банка. Полный цикл разработки ML/DL/NLP/LLM-based моделей и AI-агентов для привлечения, удержания клиентов, наращивания транзакционного оборота, управления удовлетворенностью и оптимизации процессов.

Обязанности:

  • Реализация полного цикла разработки моделей и ML-решений: от постановки задачи до передачи на внедрение и мониторинг
  • Генерация ML-решений для задач бизнеса, формирование БТ моделей и ТЗ для смежных команд
  • Выполнение проектных задач в установленные сроки
  • Подготовка отчетов, ТЗ для MLOps и DE, поиск данных
  • Стек: Big Data (Hadoop, AirFlow, Spark, Kafka), Python,LLM
Требования:
  • ML-опыт работы в банковском/финансовом/телеком/ритейл секторе от 5 лет
  • Уверенное владение Python, PySpark и глубокое знание алгоритмов ML/DL
  • Способность поддерживать full-stack разработку: от сбора требований до реализации, документации и мониторинга
  • Развитые soft-skills и опыт написания ТЗ, БТ, проектной документации
  • Высшее техническое / финансово-математическое / экономическое образование
