- You will contribute to account reconciliations, open-item management, and the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- You will help compile documents for payroll accounting, our tax advisors, and other external partners.
- You will follow up on missing receipts and help ensure that our accounting records remain complete, current, and transparent.
- You will prepare basic financial overviews, analyses, and process documentation.
Grant Management & International Finance
- You will support the documentation and accounting of ongoing grant projects and help prepare funding requests and fund utilization reports.
- You will assist with allocating eligible expenses and ensuring a clear separation between different grant projects.
- You will contribute to the accounting of our US subsidiary as well as intercompany invoicing and the reconciliation of internal transactions.
- You will support the documentation and analysis of patent costs and other financial obligations.
- You will help us improve and digitalize our internal finance and approval processes.

What you should bring in:
- You are studying business administration, economics, finance, accounting, controlling, or a comparable subject.
- You are interested in financial accounting and want to understand how the financial processes of an international startup work in practice.
- You work carefully, reliably, and in a well-organized manner and can maintain an overview of numerous documents and individual transactions.
- You have good Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new digital applications.
