QS Site Work Responsibilities - Lead QS works at site to deliver the project within project budget quantities to achieve project goals.

  • Work closely with QS Manager and PMT, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Study and validate Tender Documents for Company Projects
  • Preparation of bills of quantities
  • Verify Quantities for purchase request VS Project BOQ
  • Materials Packaging
  • Update VOs Log
  • Update IPCs Log and report for projects
  • Review and Validate Sub Contractors IPCs
  • Verify IPC documents (Drawings, MIR & WIR & Earned quantities)
  • Prepare VO Document
  • Review and Validate VOs with QS at site for Projects
  • Prepare invoices and invoicing report for projects

  • Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors

QS Control Responsibilities - Monitor & Control Project BOQ, PRs, IPCs, Client invoicing & VOs to achieve project goals.

  • Work closely with QS Manager to ensure and meets quality standards
  • Work With Cost Control department to keep all data aligned with their reports
  • Verify Quantities for purchase request VS Project BOQ
  • Update VOs Log
  • Update IPCs Log and report for projects
  • Review and Validate VOs with QS at site for Projects
  • Prepare invoice and invoicing report for projects
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of projects-related Quantities.
