You'll own the full commercial activation process for smaller merchants coming through inbound channels; from signup all the way to activation. That means spotting the opportunities we're currently missing and making a real impact, with our AI SDR doing a lot of the heavy lifting alongside you. You'll also be the link back to Product and Operations, feeding in the customer insight that helps improve the machine itself.
This role suits someone who's commercially driven and genuinely energized by improving the machine; someone who gets as much satisfaction from closing a deal as from finding a 2% conversion lift.
🧐 The Role
- Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification and discovery to demo, negotiation and close, with a strong focus on converting inbound opportunities into new business, either directly or through our AI Agent
- You work closely with our AI SDR, Operations, and Product teams to continuously improve the way we engage, convert, and onboard merchants.
- Your results directly shape how fast Sendcloud grows in your territory and the scope of the role grows with your performance.
🎯 What you'll do
- Maximize conversion and revenue from smaller merchants coming through inbound channels, identifying the right commercial approach and continuously optimizing how we acquire, convert and grow this segment.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, re-engaging dormant opportunities, and proactively progressing prospects towards close and activation.
- Work closely with Product to improve the merchant onboarding experience and share structured feedback from customers and the market to help strengthen product-market fit in Spain
- Track pipeline activity and performance accurately in CRM, using data to prioritise your time and continuously improve your conversion.
- Continuously improve the AI SDR workflow and give Operations actionable feedback to boost lead qualification, conversion, and overall efficiency.

- Able to turn customer conversations and feedback into actionable insights and improvements.
