岗位职责：
1.负责数据库架构设计与规划，针对不同的业务场景选择合适的数据库产品，并进行产品选型和技术评估；
2．负责数据库运维管理，MySQL、Redis等数据库的日常管理和维护，包括安装配置、备份恢复、性能调优、安全策略实施等；
3．监控系统建设，设计并实施全面的数据库监控和告警系统，利用工具实现自动化监控和告警，提升故障响应速度；
4．数据迁移与同步，规划和执行异构数据库之间的迁移项目，设计ETL流程，保证数据的一致性和完整性。
任职资格
1.计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.至少拥有3年以上互联网行业DBA工作经验，有丰富的自建数据库及云数据库运维经验；
3.精通多种主流数据库管理系统，理解其运行机制，能够进行深度性能优化；
4.具备优秀的编程技能，熟悉Python、Golang、Shell等脚本语言；有一定前端研发能力
5.对数据库监控系统有深入了解，能独立完成监控系统的搭建和优化；
6.拥有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能在高压
