About the job 

We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design of scalable technology solutions for large-scale retail and enterprise platforms. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, product leaders, and engineering teams to turn complex requirements into robust, secure, and scalable architectures.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping technology strategy and driving alignment between business goals and enterprise architecture standards.

In this role, you will get to:

• Lead and support end-to-end architecture design for enterprise and retail technology platforms
• Define solution strategies, technical roadmaps, and architecture standards across projects
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, and lead design reviews and governance
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures
• Guide teams on system integration, technology selection, and cloud adoption
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, platforms, and architectural patterns
• Drive adoption of modern architectures such as microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native systems
• Collaborate with product, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams on strategic and transformation initiatives

 You’ll be successful if you have:

• Have more than 5 years of experience in system architecture, or solution architecture
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Have proven experience designing large-scale enterprise systems and distributed architectures
• Have strong expertise in microservices, API design and integration, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understand DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 It's a plusif you have:

• Have designed systems for large-scale enterprise, retail, or digital platform environments
• Know event-driven architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and service orchestration
• Have experience with data platforms, integration frameworks, and enterprise messaging systems
• Understand security, governance, and compliance in system architecture
• Hold architecture certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or Azure Solutions Architect
