Aufgaben

Einkauf & Disposition

  • Einkaufssachbearbeitung: Unterstützung des Einkaufsteam im Tagesgeschäft und bei der Abwicklung mit den Lieferanten
  • Vertretung der Disposition bei Urlaub oder Krankheit, damit Bestellungen und Warenverfügbarkeit gesichert bleiben
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Wochenangebote für Obst & Gemüse sowie Frischfisch

Artikelstammdaten

  • Neuanlage von Artikeln im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Auslistung von Artikeln
  • Hinterlegen der Daten im System, damit Artikel- und Lieferantendaten vollständig und aktuell sind

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsmanagement

  • Anfrage und Einholung von Lieferantendaten für das QM
  • Anfrage von Produktspezifikationen bei den Lieferanten
  • Anfrage von QR-Scanner-Daten
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung zusammen mit dem QM: Klärung mit dem Lieferanten und Nachverfolgung bis zum Abschluss

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Groß- und Außenhandel oder Lebensmittelhandel
  • Erfahrung im Einkauf, Disposition oder Sachbearbeitung; gern im Lebensmittelgroßhandel
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und MS Office, vorallem Excel
  • Interesse an Frischeprodukten und Verständnis für Qualitäts- und Dokumtentationsanforderungen
  • Sortfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, auch bei engen Fristen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Freundliches, klares Auftreten im Kontakt mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
  • Bereitschaft, sich in die Disposition einzuarbeiten und sie bei Bedarf zu vertreten
