Join our AI Control Tower Team as a full stack engineer. You will be responsible for building and upgrading applications, designing software, and implementing new products and features. You will work closely with developers and product owners to understand requirements and own your code from design to delivery. Missions
- Contribuer à la construction et à la mise à niveau d'applications, ainsi qu'à la plateforme, en écrivant un code de haute qualité, propre, évolutif et réutilisable.
- Collaborer avec les développeurs et les propriétaires de produits pour comprendre les exigences et prendre en charge votre code depuis la conception jusqu'à la livraison d'un produit de haute qualité.
- Participer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux produits et fonctionnalités tout en améliorant la suite de produits existante.
Profil recherché
- Passionate about learning and applying AI to solve Developer needs- Working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with daily tasks (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools)
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Passion for writing code in Java and leveraging the web as a platform, with a strong focus on reusability and componentization
- This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Experience In using AI Productivity tools such as Claude, Windsurf, Cursor, etc is a plus or nice to have
- 2-5 years proficiency in Java, Javascript
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web services
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts; hands-on experience with LLMs or AI APIs a plus
