What we expect:
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience.
- Leverage company expertise to provide strategic recommendations and deliver personalized experiences.
- Work closely with business units to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Analyze business needs and design the best solutions within Sestek products.
- Support AI Agent design, contributing to chat & voice agent development and AI-driven customer interactions.
- Design and optimize customer journeys for AI Agents.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in customer success, user experience, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with AI, voice/chatbot solutions is a plus.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
