Role Purpose:

Assist in ensuring that the test automation infrastructures are highly available, stable and capable to execute all of the product test cases using existing quality engineering technologies as well researching other emerging technology that have the potential to provide significant future improvements.

In this role you will:

• Assist in configuring and maintaining test automation infrastructure (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS) and pipeline (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Learn and work with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework.
• Research and experiment with AI-assisted test automation tools, developing prompts that generate close to working automation scripts with minimal refactoring.
• Collaborate with quality assurance leaders in identifying and analyzing potential test automation capability improvements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the test automation process to maximize efficiency and follow industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain documents related to test automation.
• Collaborate with quality assurance engineers to improve test coverage and enhance automation frameworks.
• Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

You're a great fit if you have/are:

• Internship period of 6 months or longer
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Java, Python or Bash
• Experience with source code management tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket or Gitlab
• Has experience with web automation tools such as Selenium.
• Has experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium or similar.
• Has experience with test automation pipeline such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD or similar
• Has experience with AI-assisted source code generation tool
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
