Automation & AI Specialist

Role Overview :

We are seeking an Ad Sales Automation & AI Specialist to bridge the critical intersection of media commercial operations and modern software engineering.

In this high-impact role, you will modernize linear TV and OTT advertising workflows by architecting and deploying agentic AI systems, automated proposal engines, and connected CRM workflows.

Working together with ad sales leadership, media agency partners, and enterprise tech engineering teams, you will translate high-velocity revenue objectives into scalable, autonomous, and intelligent automations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Agentic AI & Workflow Automation : Build, test, and deploy multi-agent workflows (using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel) and low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Microsoft Power Automate) to automate ad sales RFPs, linear/OTT avails tracking, dynamic pricing suggestions, and deal packaging.

- Commercial Technology Integration : Configure, enhance, and maintain commercial sales workflows inside Salesforce Industries (Vlocity for Media/Ad Sales), ensuring seamless alignment between order management, rate cards, and billing/finance pipelines.

- Client & Agency Facing Enablement : Serve as the key technical solution consultant during agency and advertiser engagements, mapping cross-platform ad inventory, programmatic/direct campaign automation, and proof-of performance integrations across TV and OTT ecosystems.

- Data Pipelines & Deal Intelligence : Interface directly with enterprise data lakes (AWS S3, Athena, Redshift) to ingest audience measurement metrics (e.g., BARC ratings, digital clickstream, ad server telemetry) and power automated targeting models.

- Rapid Prototyping & GenAI POCs : Leverage modern AI-assisted engineering tools (such as Claude Code and Cursor) to rapidly prototype internal AI agents for unstructured brief ingestion, media plan generation, and post campaign reconciliation.

- Governance, Security & Reliability : Define and maintain DLP policies, agent safety boundaries, and self-healing automation architectures across cloud environments to safeguard enterprise commercial deal data.

Preferred Background :

- Hands-on experience designing and deploying Agentic AI workflows and LLM pipelines (LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or Azure OpenAI services).

- Strong proficiency with workflow orchestration and low-code engines (n8n, Microsoft Power Platform / Logic Apps).

- Active familiarity with modern AI developer environments (Cursor, Claude Code) for rapid prototyping, debugging, and testing.

- Proficient hands-on coding skills in Python or JavaScript/Node.js for microservices, API integrations, and pipeline scripting.

- Working knowledge of cloud primitives across AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, Athena) or Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, APIM).

- Direct experience or functional proficiency with Salesforce / Vlocity (Salesforce Media Cloud).

- Familiarity with ad tech infrastructure : Ad Servers (Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel), linear traffic management systems, and CRM integrations.

- Media Industry Exposure : 2+ years of experience within broadcast television networks, streaming platforms (OTT/ CTV), or media buying agencies.

- Domain Understanding : Firm grasp of ad sales currencies, inventory yields, GRP/CPRP/CPM metrics, commercial avails, and post-broadcast attribution.

- Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

- Client-Facing Poise : High business acumen with the confidence to articulate technical AI solutions and architecture to media agency heads and senior sales directors.

- Translational Mindset : Demonstrated ability to dissect ambiguous commercial bottlenecks and translate them into structured agent prompts and deterministic automated workflows.

- Execution Agility : High comfort in rapid iteration, quick-turnaround POC delivery, and maintaining robust system resilience in high-velocity commercial environments.
