Your Day-to-Day

• Assist in setting up and optimizing campaigns, ad sets, audiences, and creatives across Meta platforms.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and support A/B testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track campaign progress and insights.

Who We’re Looking For

• Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in performance marketing, paid advertising, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is a significant advantage.
• Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting campaign performance data.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data organization and basic reporting.
