Your Day-to-Day
Source KOLs, real users, and probandus based on content and campaign needs.
Conduct talent outreach and manage initial communication and coordination.
Screen and shortlist potential talents based on campaign requirements.
Coordinate talent schedules and support content production logistics.
Maintain an organized talent database and update sourcing records.
Monitor social media and beauty trends to identify relevant talent and content opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital trends.
Interest in the beauty industry and familiarity with beauty-related content is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills for talent outreach.
Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented in managing multiple tasks.
