Job Description:
- Membuat konten marketing collateral dan berkoordinasi dengan tim-tim terkait.
- Menyusun serta mengeksekusi rencana komunikasi untuk Nasabah dan agent serta menyusun report hasil komunikasi tersebut.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal dan/atau partner/vendor terkait untuk memastikan penawaran program berjalan sesuai rencana.
- Mendukung aktivitas administrasi dan dokumentasi terkait program yang akan dan/atau sedang berjalan.
Requirements:
- Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate (jurusan Marketing, Business, atau terkait).
- Memiliki minat pada bidang customer experience, loyalty program, dan marketing.
- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan PowerPoint (pengolahan data & presentasi).
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan detail-oriented.
- Bersedia belajar dan bekerja dalam tim.
- Berkomitmen untuk program magang selama 6 bulan kedepan.
