We're now looking for a Creative Intern who understands global Gen Z culture, lives and breathes internet trends, and knows how to turn cultural insights into engaging content.

If you're always one step ahead of TikTok trends, enjoy exploring niche Reddit communities, and find yourself analyzing why a seemingly random video gets millions of views, we'd love to meet you.

We believe great creatives don't just recognize trends. They understand the humor, cultural context, and human behavior behind them.

What You'll Do

• Spot global trends: Explore US TikTok, Instagram Reels, Reddit, and other digital platforms to identify emerging trends, memes, niche communities, and content formats before they go mainstream.
• Turn internet culture into creative concepts: Draw inspiration from Gen Z humor, meme culture, viral formats, and online communities to develop original creative ideas for our mobile apps.
• Create scroll-stopping content: Develop compelling hooks, short-form video scripts, and advertising creatives that capture attention within the first few seconds.
• Bring ideas to life: Use CapCut, AI-powered image and video tools, and other creative software to produce and edit content.
• Experiment with new approaches: Test different creative angles, formats, and concepts to discover what resonates with audiences.
• Learn from performance: Analyze views, engagement, hook rates, and other performance metrics to understand what works and continuously improve your ideas.
• Support organic growth: Contribute to SEO and App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives through keyword research, content creation, and app store listing improvements.

You'll collaborate closely with our designers, performance marketers, and organic growth team throughout the creative process.

What We're Looking For

• Deep understanding of internet culture: You're genuinely familiar with global Gen Z trends, particularly US TikTok, Reddit communities, viral content, emerging memes, and evolving internet humor.
• Hands-on content creation experience: You've created content for a TikTok account, meme page, fan account, personal project, or social media brand. Bonus if you've helped grow an audience.
• Strong creative instincts: You don't just consume viral content. You can explain why it works and turn those insights into fresh ideas.
• Curiosity about online communities: You understand niche internet cultures, community-specific humor, and how different audiences engage with content.
• A feel for short-form video: You understand hooks, pacing, editing, and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Strong English skills: You're comfortable understanding US internet humor, cultural references, online conversations, and emerging slang.
• Familiarity with creative tools: You're comfortable using CapCut or similar editing software and eager to experiment with AI-powered creative tools.
• A proactive, experimental mindset: You're curious, open to feedback, comfortable testing new ideas, and motivated to learn from both successes and failures.

In short, we're looking for someone who doesn't just spend time online but knows how to turn internet culture into creative opportunities.

Nice to Have

• You've built or grown a social media account from scratch, whether it's a personal TikTok, meme page, niche content account, or anonymous creative project.
• You've managed an online community, fan page, or content-driven side project.
• You enjoy exploring emerging content formats and experimenting with unconventional creative ideas.
• You have some familiarity with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or creative testing.
• You've worked with Canva, Figma, or AI content generation tools.
• You have basic knowledge of SEO, ASO, or keyword research.

We care more about what you've created, explored and learned than how many impressive company names appear on your CV.

Work Setup

This is an on-site internship based at our office in 4. Levent, Istanbul.

Hiring Process

• HR Interview: 30 minutes, Google Meet
• Creative Case: 1 week to complete
• Online Team Lead Interview: 30 minutes, Google Meet
• On-site Interview: Approximately 2 hours at our 4. Levent office
