Immediate Hiring - Application Support Executive

📅 Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8 AM – 6 PM & Saturday 8 AM - 1PM

We are looking for an L1 Application Support Executive with 2+ years of relevant experience in application support.

If you have hands-on experience in application troubleshooting and end-user support, we’d love to hear from you.

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Handle user calls, emails, tickets and support queries.
• Resolve day-to-day application issues.
• Conduct system training for new users.
• User/product/pricelist master creation
• Application installation and testing.
• Coordinate with developers to report and resolve system issues.
• Support relevant month-end activities.

Required qualifications & skills:

• Higher National Diploma / Undergraduate qualification in IT or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Application
• Support/Help Desk
• Good understanding of SFA systems and enterprise application environments
• Good communication and problem-solving skill
