IT COORDINATOR (FEMALE)

Candidate will be responsible for.

• Manage and analyze tickets to ensure timely resolution and accurate data tracking
• Perform data analysis and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for Improvement
• Conduct predictive analytics to identify trends and anticipate potential issues.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
• Manage and oversee project activities to ensure successful execution
• Collaborate with TS Project Managers and internal teams to coordinate project tasks and progress. 
• Prepare meeting minutes and document key discussions, decisions, and action items.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure records are up to date.
• Ensure compliance with MAS TS governance, security protocols, and established procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• ITIL Foundation certification and knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management would be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or TechOps environment.
• Data visualization, reporting, and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power Bl
• A background in Finance is a must.
