Desarrollar y gestionar oportunidades comerciales en el sector minero e industrial, promoviendo servicios especializados, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y construyendo relaciones de largo plazo con clientes estratégicos.

  • Identificar, desarrollar y gestionar oportunidades de negocio en compañías mineras y contratistas del sector industrial.

  • Comercializar servicios de minería (operación, mantenimiento, ingeniería, servicios técnicos, entre otros).

  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, presentación de propuestas, negociación y cierre.

  • Mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales, asegurando satisfacción y fidelización.

  • Elaborar propuestas comerciales y coordinar con áreas técnicas y operativas.

  • Analizar el mercado, la competencia y las necesidades de los clientes.

  • Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas, facturación y rentabilidad definidos.

  • Participar en licitaciones, contratos y procesos de homologación.

Educación Formal : Formación en Administración, Ingeniería, Comercial o carreras afines.

Experiencia Laboral Previa: Experiencia mínima de 7 años en ventas de servicios o soluciones para la industria minera y/o industrial de la zona.

Idiomas: Inglés básico

CONOCIMIENTOS

Habilidades de negociación, comunicación y orientación a resultados.

Conocimiento del mercado minero e industrial y sus procesos operativos.
