This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a fast-paced and diverse business.
Based in Perth, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team to deliver effective recruitment solutions, with a strong focus on blue-collar and high-volume roles. You’ll be a key point of contact throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, including advertising, screening, interviews, documentation, medicals, reference checks and candidate engagement, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs, confirm role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Developing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines through job boards, universities, industry networks and external partners
- Managing pre-employment checks and recruitment documentation to ensure records are accurate, compliant and audit-ready
- Advising and coaching hiring managers on recruitment processes, procedures and best practice
- Supporting bulk recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, onboarding and internal mobility initiatives
- Providing market insights on talent availability, salary expectations and competitor activity to support workforce planning
- Maintaining SmartRecruiters, tracking recruitment metrics and analysing hiring trends to inform talent acquisition activity
- Managing agency and vendor relationships while promoting diversity, inclusion and a positive candidate experience
- Driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes, while supporting ad-hoc HR projects and general HR administration as required
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, either internally or within an agency environment
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience with blue-collar, operational or high-volume recruitment
- Experience supporting bulk recruitment campaigns and assessment centres
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and strong administration skills
- Confidence using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with SmartRecruiters will be highly regarded
- Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field will be advantageous but are not essential
