Role Overview :

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and optimizing high-performance systems that power our next-generation product suite.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance Linux kernel modules to ensure optimal hardware utilization and system stability for our core product lines.

- Architect and implement complex C++ applications that interface with embedded hardware, enhancing system responsiveness and feature reliability for end-users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve deep-seated system bottlenecks, ensuring seamless product deployment and performance.

- Optimize system boot times and resource management to meet stringent performance benchmarks, directly impacting the efficiency and power consumption of our devices.

- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and high-quality software craftsmanship.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Linux kernel development, including driver development, kernel debugging, and system-level performance tuning.

- Advanced proficiency in C++ for embedded systems, with a strong grasp of memory management, multi-threading, and object-oriented design patterns.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across project lifecycles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of navigating ambiguous requirements to deliver robust, production-ready code.

- A degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a proactive mindset toward learning and adapting to new technologies.
