Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Managing Director's diary, correspondence and calls
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes

  • Liaise across the group companies to follow up on priorities
  • Provide administrative and operational support across the group as required
Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field
  • Technologically proficient, with the ability to learn and work across multiple business systems and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and proactive, with a high level of discretion
