Backend Architect

We are looking for an experienced Backend Architect with strong expertise in backend system design, scalable architecture, and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building high-performance backend systems and integrating AI/ML or generative AI capabilities into production applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures.
• Lead the design and development of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities, including LLMs, into backend applications.
• Design and implement AI-powered services using frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Build reliable systems for AI inference, model integration, data processing, and workflow orchestration.
• Drive architectural decisions related to performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Mentor backend engineers and establish best practices for coding, system design, testing, and deployment.
• Work with cloud platforms and DevOps tools to ensure efficient deployment and monitoring of applications.

Requirements:

• 9-15 years of experience in backend engineering, software development, and system architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go, Node.js, or similar backend technologies.
• Proven experience designing scalable backend systems, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with AI/ML or generative AI applications.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs, AI models, RAG pipelines, or AI agents into production systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, caching, messaging queues, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
