We are looking for a Sommelier based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Sommelier, we rely on you to:
- Curate and manage the wine program, including wine selection, inventory control, and wine list development.
- Provide expert wine recommendations and food pairing suggestions while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Drive wine sales, develop promotional initiatives, and train colleagues on wine knowledge and service standards.
We are looking for someone who has:
- WSET Level 3 or equivalent professional wine qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or international hotel operations.
- Strong leadership, guest engagement, and communication skills with a passion for wine and service excellence.
