As arbiters of culture and style, we don’t just have our finger on the pulse - we dictate the beat.

Shark Branding’s team of expert communicators, strategic analysts, and creative heavyweights excels in transforming businesses into iconic brands. At our helm is business and branding expert Daymond John, CEO and Founder of FUBU, a $6 billion global fashion game-changer. As he demonstrates on ABC’s hit reality series Shark Tank and from behind the scenes of countless business success stories, Daymond possesses a singular talent for tapping into the heart of a brand and positioning it for wild success. Having transformed a single, handmade product into a global fashion juggernaut, Daymond’s entrepreneurialism and trend-moving influence are key to our cultivation of great brands.

Putting products in the hands of influencers and trendsetters is Shark Branding’s core practice. Our relationships with celebrity tastemakers go beyond business, representing a media residency that actually lasts, not drying up with the passage of trends.

Our clients benefit from a 360° approach to the growth of a healthy, successful brand with services ranging from brand strategy, design, and licensing; event development; celebrity affiliation and media; digital marketing; and the fundamentals of business leadership.

- You are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the Shark Branding, including safety and security policies, site rules and regulations, and the guidelines in this Handbook. Violations of these policies, rules and regulations may result in the termination of your internship.

- You are expected to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, which includes arriving on time for designated work, notifying Chris or your supervisor of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed.

- Respect Shark Branding’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.

- From time to time, you may come in contact with high-profile celebrities and executives. As such, it is vital (for the success of our company) that you remain calm, cool, and collected around them, using the utmost discretion and common sense judgment. These individuals are here to conduct business and usually do not welcome unsolicited, idle conversation (again, please use your best judgment here, if you are spoken to, by all means learn as much as you can, but remember you represent the Company at all times).

- You are expected to communicate any issues with Faith and/or Grant that may affect the your performance of assigned responsibilities or the overall success of the experience.

- You are expected to appreciate diversity in all of its forms and respect various social and political viewpoints; do not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, religion, age, nation/ethnic origin, disability, or sexual orientation.

- You are expected to notify the Company in advance if you plan to change academic institutions, change majors, or no longer meet the requirements of the program.

- You are expected to follow the rules, regulations and policies set forth by your academic institution.

- You are expected to notify your supervisor of your last day of employment. Students should also schedule an exit interview with their supervisor on or before the last day of your internship.
